Sunshine oil and chemical development company limited is a subsidiary of Rotimi Obeisun Investment Limited which was founded in 1995 by Chief Rotimi Obeisun as a trading business with an initial focus on the importation of industrial chemicals and raw materials used by manufacturing companies in Nigeria. The company has however expanded its operations to include the supply of upstream production chemicals, manufacturing of Polyvinyl Acetate (PVA) resin and supply of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) for domestic and commercial use.

Sunshine oil and chemical has played a pivotal role in the development of the key industries of Nigeria. As a distributor and manufacturer of raw materials (used to produce the most basic household items), industrial food materials as well as cutting-edge agricultural materials; we are regarded as the heartbeat of the Nigerian Industry.
